Terms of Trade
Applicable to all Photographic Courses & Workshops organised and run by "Fotographic Images".
Fees & Charges.
- All money’s, fees and charges referred to, are done so in the currency of the "Great British Pound", "Sterling".
Bookings.
- Bookings can only be confirmed once the company has received a completed booking form and payment for each course or workshop the client wishes to attend, and the payment has been cleared into the companies bank accounts.
Cancellations.
- No booking are transferable or can be re-sold by the client.
- Any cancellations made can only be accepted in writing and if the company can resell the position(s) already booked by the client, a 15% adminstration fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. Should the company be unable to resell the clients booking(s), no refund(s) will be made.
- Any course(s) or workshop(s) cancelled by the company or where the company is instructed/requested by a governing body/organisation, all money's will be refunded within 28 days of the cancellation notice being issued.
Equipment.
- The company will supply, hire, or have available for your usage all relative equipment the digital courses need to be conducted and presented correctly.
- The company will not supply, hire or be responsible in any way for hiring any photographic equipment for one or more customers partaking on one or more of the photographic workshops organised by the company "Fotographic Images".
In the above text, customer(s) are referred to as "client(s)", and "John and Carol Fairclough", "Fotographic Images", and "any sub contractors" are referred to as the "company".
Neither John or Carol Fairclough, Fotographic Images or any of the companies employees or sub contractors can accept any liability for any damage to equipment, personal injury, accidents or loss of any personal belongings how so ever caused.
